What is my Inizio account?

You may have been provided with a number of different usernames and passwords for use at Inizio Engage. This sign in form can accept any of the accounts listed below.

CARE Account

A CARE account is your 6-digit employee number and a password.

Example:

Username: 123456
Password: LETMEIN

Active Directory Account

An Active Directory (AD) account is the username and password you sign on to your computer with. The username is typically in the form "UDCSMS\<username>.

Examples:

Username: UDCSMS\AUser
Password: LETMEIN

Username: AUser@udcsms.com
Password: LETMEIN

Expenses (FRED) Account

If you are signing in to the Expenses System (FRED) and you are not an Inizio Engage employee (e.g. a client manager) you may have assigned a FRED account. You can use this account to sign in to FRED only.
